Annette Funicello, an American actress and singer. Her most famous work is being one of the Mickey Mouse Club's original Mouseketeers. When she was a teenager, her singing career began. Her popularity grew due to songs like 'Tall Paul 'and "Pineapple Princess. She was born in Utica, to Italian immigrants, Annette was a shy young girl. Annette wanted to pursue a career as an entertainer. She began to dance and performing. Her fame grew in the 1950s as she was a part of the "Mouseketeers". Annette's "Disney" persona was discarded after she turned an adult and began playing adult roles. Her most famous role is one of the first actors to introduce the category of "beach party". She appeared on films including "How to Stuff a wild bikini.' Pajama Party.' and Beach Party. Annette continued to record occasionally. Annette has been diagnosed as having multiple sclerosis in 1992. She died of the illness in 2013.
