Kristen Anne Bell was born in the year 1980. She is an American actress and singer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) - and Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American actor and singer. Kristen was born in Huntington Woods, Michigan and was raised by a Polish mother and father who is German, English Irish, Scottish, and Irish. Kristen found her talent in entertainment from a young stage of her life. In 1992, she was awarded her first role at the auditions for Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother at the age of 13 and was subsequently cast as a model for newspapers and television commercials. Also, she began acting lessons in private at this time. Bell played an uncredited character in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was a student at Shrine Catholic High School where she was involved in music as well as drama. The Wizard of Oz production at the high school she attended earned her the role of the lead Dorothy character. After graduation Bell relocated into New York City to attend the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts in which she was a musical theater student. Bell graduated from the school in 2001, when she landed the role of Becky to play Tom Sawyer. That same year, she was in Pootie Tang However, the sequence in which she played the role was removed. This meant that there is only a credit sequence. Bell was in the film with Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson and in The Crucible Broadway show The Crucible in 2002.
