Mary McCormack is an American actress known for her leading role in the TV series 'Murder One The West Wing In Plain Sight' as well as Loaded. She was born to a psychologist and an ice cream store proprietor, McCormack hails from a family that has no connection to the world of entertainment. She attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School, and following the separation from her parents around the year 1990 she enrolled at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with a BA degree in comparative art. When she was 12 She began her acting career with a production of the Christmas opera "Amahl and The Night Visitors".
