Azzyland is a Canadian Internet celebrity who posts her personal YouTube channel, complete with her video games and cosplay and has an extensive following. Azzyland is also a web model, video gamer and a cosplay enthusiast. The site is home to 13.4 million users. After becoming famous online, she decided to try her host skills. Now she is one of the most popular presenters on the annual YouTube series Before They Were Famous. As a gamer she is closely associated with the famous video game series The Legend of Zelda. Azzyland is also credited with creating an internet record, working non-stop for 24 hours. Azzyland is also the owner of two million Instagram fans. Azzyland filmed and uploaded all of her videos on YouTube, a channel she created to showcase her cosplay video. Azzyland's videos became an instant hit and quickly became viral online. As soon as she became an official costume, Azzyland was spotted at events all around the globe. The instant popularity of her work caught the attention of the popular YouTube star McCrudden who decided to talk with her. While interviewing her McCrudden discovered that she was attractive in front of the camera. He then offered to let her host his show on YouTube Before They Were Famous. Her first days hosting the show gave her nightmares, as she regularly was confused by the names of celebrities. Her first day as hosting was filled with anxiety because she frequently was confused by the names of famous people. Post the incident she became the subject of many memes and there was also a public backlash against her. FaZe Jen was praised for her apology videos.
