LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James has been widely considered to be among the most notable players in basketball. Michael Jordan is usually the subject of debates about who's the greatest player. James holds the distinction of winning four NBA titles. Four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. and two Olympic gold medals. James is the NBA All-Star with the most playoff points, the second highest career point total and the seventh best assists total in his career. Additionally, as an NBA All-Star, James was picked for the NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. In total, he has been a part of more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most of all time. This includes eight straight between 2011-2018. In 2021, James was selected to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete of NBA history to accumulate 10,000 or more career points as well as assists and rebounds. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School within his hometown from Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a potential NBA star. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was selected as the highest selection by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. He was named as the NBA most promising rookie in the 2004. Soon he became one of the premier players of the NBA, winning both the NBA MVP Award both 2009 and 2010.
